Delivery Program Semester 2, 2009

There will be 1 group of 30 places for this program. Individuals will be participants in the Elrond Group at the face to face workshop on 14th August. You will then participate in the:

• Monday night group (Facilitated by Deborah Haxton & Jennifer Munro); OR
• Thursday night online group (facilitated by Kerrie Street & Phillip Morrison).

The program involves:

• One-day face-to-face workshop(compulsory) – Up to 6 hours teacher replacement can be paid by Professional Development if you are scheduled to teach on that day.
• 6 fortnightly online meetings for your group – Choose either Monday or Thursday nights at 8pm (strongly recommended) – No replacement teaching hours available for these sessions
• Online activities (compulsory) - approximately 3 hours per week of your own time – No replacement teaching available
• Work-based Project Portfolio (optional, required for accreditation to TAADEL501A) – No replacement teaching available
• 12 Online new technology sessions, 30 mins each (optional) conducted on Fridays 9:30 am – 10 am – No replacement teaching available

Pre-Requisite
As Adobe Connect is the technology being used for the online meetings, it is preferable that you have participated in some initial training in using this technology. If you have not, please contact Kerrie Street or Beth Hobbs in LTU as soon as you complete the PD application for this activity. You can then engage in some Connect training sessions prior to starting the eLF program.
